Rodolfo Acosta Perez was born on July 29, 1920 in Chihuahua, Mexico. 
He was a Mexican character actor, typically playing heavies in Hollywood Westerns since the 1940’s. 
Acosta was also a regular as Carancho on TV’s ‘Zorro’ and as Vaquero on ‘The High Chaparral’ from 1967-69. 
Rodolfo spent most of his film career playing villains in many TV Series and movies.
He was in "Hondo" (1953), "How the West was won" (1962) and "Rio Conchos" (1964), just to name a few.
Rudy Acosta got an appropriate role in "Return of the Seven" (1966) as pensive Mexican bandit Lopez.
On the photo above we see him on set in Agost filming a scene with the spanish Actor Fernando Rey (Priest).
He died of cancer on November 7, 1974 in Woodland Hills, California.
